| ok for those who actually read this xanga POS, sorry for being gone for like 4 months. anyway, i primarily use facebook now, so search for me, i'm under PSHS for now. if u dont have one i guess i could invite u to PSHS facebook... and i think i'll also import this xanga into facebook's "notes". but anyways...
summer's been boring as hell so far. and in case u dont know yet, i'm going to caltech now instead of cmu cuz i got accepted off the waitlist. dont start until sept 17, and that's orientation.
and lastly, i've been thinking about submitting this photo to a photography contest:

| came back from UIL State CS today... and .... WE GOT 2ND PLACE TEAM! AND DENNIS AND I TIED FOR 2ND INDIVIDUAL! woot!

| actually i came back from gdyo, but anyways...
i had TCEA State CS competition fri and sat. i ordered custom shirts taht sed "got pwn?" on the back but cafepress was anal and didnt get the shirts to my house until friday when we were already at SA. BTW my team got 3rd! and good job for the other PSHS team too!!!

got to love field after picking up frank and eric. ate from the mcD again like at UIL regionals. we played some cards then boarded the plane, where i haloed to kill time. then we got to SA at around 10:50, and got our car. we found out that our hotel cant get us rooms till 3, so we went to the awesome rivercenter mall and ate at luciano's (hell yea). apparantly i was the only person who finished everything ('cept eric who ordered a relatively small salad). i stopped by the same ritz camera that i went last time, and i bought 3 filters, 2 UV for 58mm and 55mm, and 1 polarizer for 58mm. went to watch acdec do superquiz, then went to our hotel to chill and LAN halo. we ate at the hotel's snack bar for dinner cuz luciano's made every1 full as hell then we did a practice TCEA problem set from 2004 state starting at 8, went to 10. then i continued to halo single player til kedar woke up at 12. we then proceeded to work on our toolbar for one of our clients, so that went to 4. we then decided if we slept right then, we'd be half-dead by sat's competition, so we opted to stay up the whole night. we watched backstroke of the west (if u dont know wat this is, google it :P) for an hour, then i halo'ed until 6. kedar fell asleep when i halo'ed but woke up at 6 so we then did emulator super smash bros till 7.
o and kedar just reminded me that we flipped by the weirdest show ever for TV. it was some show for ppl to call in and ask retarded questions about sex. here's the catch... the host was an old woman of age 60.
sat.
after the all-nighter, we went down to eat breakfast in the lobby. we then got back up to shower and pack up. we loaded the urban assault vehicle and went to the testing center (reagan high school). we unloaded our equipment (including moby, mr. coe's huge-ass bag) and setup our stuff at 8 30. apparntly the contest wasnt supposed to start til 10, and the meeting b4 that was late. i fell asleep during the meeting too. after the meeting ended we started the contest at around 10:50. my sleepiness was for once somewhat useful. while eric paniced and went a lil crazy in the beginning and dennis had a "we're screwed" look, i looked like i was stoned so my calmness helped calm the other two. the results: we got 3rd place. after the contest we ate the boxed lunches they provided (ham or roasted beef, so kedar was outta luck :(). we went to the airport afterwards, then got onto the plane and while me and kedar were gonna do some 3ds max fun on one of the laptops after the plane got off the ground, we both ended up falling asleep. we got back to love field. end of story.

| wow.... i did so bad.... i screwed over the team with the lowest score out of all four of us on the written...we ended up placing 2nd team... which meant we're most likely not gonna be the best 2nd place team out of all 4 regions, so we won't be the wildcard.....
but......
apparantly, the results from our top competition region with katy taylor and cypress falls came out.... and cyfalls got 1st, which katy got 2nd.... with less points than we do. therefore meaning we're most likely going to UIL state as a team. w00t? yes, w00t, indeed 
ok. i swear i'll finish writing up some content for orch trip, prom, eileen's bday, AND UILCS region. and i swear i'll get custom shirts for our UIL team by tomorrow...

i just got back from the party, so yea. got a bunch of pics again... more uploading work for me... ok this damn xanga needs some serious updating, not only this entry but the last one as well....um... i'll do it later... grr.... i'm procrastinating xanga-ing too now...
